France has been issuing tourist visas since April 1, there are no direct flights from Russia, but the country accepts tourists from Russia. Russia resumes flights to 52 countries
As of April 9, 2022, the Coronavirus Ops removes restrictions on flights. Among these countries are tourist destinations. Before the widespread removal of restrictions, only 15 countries were free to fly to, now 52 more countries will be added to them.

Entry Rules: Egypt has abolished all coronavirus entry restrictions. Tourists are no longer required to have a PCR test or certificate to travel to Egypt.

Do I need a visa? In the UAE you can get a visa on arrival, valid for 90 days.

Entry Rules: Starting from June 15, 2022 Georgia removes anti-counterfeiting restrictions for foreign nationals. In which countries you can use your MIR card
Due to the political situation tourists can not use Visa and Mastercard.
Mastercard will stop working on March 10, while Visa has extended its work until March 11. However, many tourists do not have their cards working anymore.
Visa and Mastercard cards of any Russian bank will not work abroad. Now, when planning a trip, tourists should either take cash or have a MIR card (but it does not work in all countries).
Where MIR card works: Turkey, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Vietnam.
In most countries you may not be able to pay with MIR card in all stores. To withdraw cash you need to find a certain ATM which bank serves this card.
