Very friendly staff – speak Russian (as almost everywhere in Baku), help with cab and any other issues.

A small disadvantage: no breakfasts as the hotel format does not have its own kitchen. But near a bunch of cafes where you can have a delicious and atmospheric breakfast, so it is not a serious problem (personally from me recommend cafe Araz).

8. Mini Hotel Baku

Ratings by review 9.4, prices from 79 USD for double room.

The main feature of Baku Butik is the warmth and comfort created by the owners of the hotel. They are kind and always ready to help. Guests are treated as dear friends, immediately surrounding them with sincere attention and unobtrusive care.

The hotel is a great three-story house – gray on the outside, and just great on the inside. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, the bathroom facilities are of high quality, and there is a common kitchen for four rooms with a refrigerator, microwave, stove and a dining area. By the way, for 7 manats the hosts offer inexpensive hearty breakfast at any time convenient for you.

The neighborhood is quiet, 500-600 meters from Inshaatchilar metro. There is a supermarket, a bakery and three or four cafes around.

Cons: There is no TV in the room. For me personally this is rather a plus (I do not watch TV and I do not have it at home at all), but just in case I decided to mention it. In addition, the hotel is not located in the city center – but this inconvenience is more than offset by the hospitality of the owners, the price and the availability of inexpensive cabs in Baku.
